Help with Shock Part Numbers

Hi,

I was hoping you could help out with confirming if I have purchased the correct parts for my car.

I have ordered and received the following:

Bilstein 24-001694 I believe these are the rear shocks
Bilstein 34-001127 I believe these are the front strut inserts

I have a 1977 911 Targa S and I think currently that car has Bilstein front struts and I think the ones I have ordered are fore Boge Inserts. Can someone confirm that before I try to install them or send them back

Also, can you share your thoughts on whether or not these are appropriate? I was trying to buy the Bilstein HD shocks, did I mess up?

I ordered them from a Canadian supplier, not wanting to mess with Duty and/or Exchange and I'm concerned I messed up the order.

Thanks

If I look at my current strut, it is green and has the "C" pin at the bottom of the strut.

I think that means that I have Bilstein Struts and I think I've ordered the inserts for Boge

1127 does show as being for Boge equipped cars, not for Bilstein strut housings. The numbers you list are the standard HD parts.

I do not disbelieve in anything. I start from the premise that everything is true until proved false. Everything is possible.
