All of these attach with a couple M4 setscrews, so swapping takes 15 seconds.
Those all look great. Nice work!

That’s right! Think there was a guy here on the board that took a Slinky-looking spring to keep it in the 3-4 plane.

i would love to help you ..but...i got this from a car in LA, back in 1998 from a client who wanted an original knob..my wild guess would be Performance Products in Van Nuys..later becoming Automotion....to be honest i love the feel of it ...my favorite of all the knobs i have;-)

Manuel made up a couple more for eventual use in my '89 project...

Ebony / Ebony and Ebony / Holly:

One will go into my GP White on black, with Pascha seat cushion inserts (Pole Positions) '89. I like the white / black theme carrying through to the G50-ish shift knob, but stripes may not work adjacent to Pasha seat cushions.

The black / black knob is the fallback and does offer a bit of a retro look.

These are the important decisions that keep me up at night.

Oooooh, then that one for the Pascha has got to be a segmented turning to get the checkers…

Mostly kidding of course, those look great!

Got a buddy into turning thats making me one. Id like to mount it using the original spring clip. Does anyone know the inside diameter of the factory knob so the spring clips will work.

The lighter one is Ash/ Oak.
