VAGCom scanner
Anyone have a VAGCom scanner set-up I could borrow or rent?
I need to re-code the ABS module on a VW Passat. I am in Poway, CA near San Diego. Thanks, Dean |

While that's not going to work real well unless you want to mail it to me.
I am not all that familiar with the VAGCom. Is it mostly a cable from the car and software on my computer? Dean |

Yes - there's a dongle that plugs into the OBD2 port on the car and into your laptop or phone, which you install software on to run it. I also have one, but I'm also not in the Bay Area so also not of much direct help.
