Driver's side window problem>>>
Okay, so a few weeks ago the driver's side power window decides to take its merry time going down, I thought nothing of it and it rolled back up just fine. Well, a couple days ago I'm driving around and hit the switch to roll it down and it drops 1/4 inch and then doesn't move....
Today I took the door panel off to see if I could find anything that might be stuck against it, making it sluggish/not move at all and everything looked fine visually. Any ideas on what else I should check?

Try replacing the window switch. An easy way to test is to use the passanger switch on the drivers side. These switches fail so quickly.

RazorRacer,
thanks a lot, that was exactly the problem. I switched it to see if it made a difference and now the window comes down and goes back up nicely. I cleaned the connections on the bad one with some denatured alcohol and put it back and now both work fine. This forum kicks ass. later, amir

Amir,
How cool. I actually got to help someone. Usually someone is helping me on this board. Glad it worked. BTW, the 911SC is soooo fine. Craig
