3.2 L Lucas D1540BA replacement
Has anybody used the Lucas D1540BA injector that Five-O motorsports sells to replace the stock Bosch 158?

Yes, I bought some new Lucas replacement injectors a couple of years ago. Work great on my mostly stock 3.2. I can’t swear to the exact part number as I’m out on an RV camping trip and don’t have any access to my paperwork.
