sources for 3" diameter velocity stack screens?
I could use a set to fit the Racehead Engineering ITB stacks that are 3" across. Rama has nothing. Rimmer Bros doesn't have the right sizes. I was referred by Al Kosmal to Pierce online, but they want $55 each. $330 seems a little steep for six bits of cut screen with rubber surrounds. Hopefully there is another option.

That's what they go for. Pegasus wants 59 each. Bend over Porsche tax. No kiss or reach around. You could probably source the rubber at Mc Masters and screens as well. Cut and snip.

Good thought. Then I might be able to layer the screen for a bit of extra filter effect, as some of the regular-diameter filters are made.

motorcycle stack filters. Some are just as expensive. Some are cheaper.
I had UniFilters on my ITB stacks for a long time. Flowed great. oiled foam with internal springs to prevent collapse under airflow. Just slip on and tighten the collar.

Will these work for your application? I used to run them on a vintage racer (non-Porsche).
