O2 sensor replacement options for AFR meter
I have the Innovate LC-2 afr meter that came with an oxygen sensor. Hooked it up about a month and half ago (~700 miles ago). Worked really good for a while, then stopped working yesterday - got an "error 8" code.
After some internet research, it sounds likely that the O2 sensor failed. Didn't realize this when purchasing, but it seems that Innovate's O2 sensors are somewhat prone to failure. Problems 'seem' to be associated with not handling high heat that well. Does anyone know of other brand O2 sensors that work with Innovate's LC-2 meter - or similar Innovate product (i.e. same 5-wire electrical connection)? I've read that Bosch has ones are 'plug and play' with Innovate's products, but couldn't find a part number. |

The LC-2 contoller is compatible with a BOSCH LSU 4.9 wideband sensor type.
But ... with my LC-2 I never had problems as I guess they already provide their product in combination with a BOSCH sensor.
