1972 Porsche 911T. Purchased 2.5 years ago off eBay, sight unseen after having several drinks with a couple buddies. It was an interesting conversation with my wife the next morning!

Upon delivery.

She'll upset some due to the non-Porsche powerplant. But the 996TT brakes, 930LSD transaxle, and 400hp make for a fun package.

Considering the potential for throwing in a modern Porsche turbo powerplant... Might not be worth the effort.

Ittook quite awhile to find any photo of my first Porsche.
I was so excited when I drove it home, I slapped the dash a few times,Had it for 3 years, then a new baby came and we needed a serious back seat, so I went a few years Porscheless.
Then came my 78 911 slick top, a 27 year long ownership.Now my sons both have Boxsters and so do I.

My first Porsche is the one I still have 42 years later. A 1980 911SC Targa with 125K on it. This picture was taken after it was polished, ceramic coated and detailed by me 2 days ago.
I have owned a 1984 Porsche 944 and my wife had a 928 S until a truck decided it would total it.

1988 M505 factory slantnose.. I remember going on the test drive with my dad in this beauty in early 1989 when he bought it new in Virginia. Its always been in the family and is under my care now.

1977 911S Targa I purchased in 2016. Current mileage is 78,000 with similar miles on the 1983 SC 3.0 engine. Only had this car 3 weeks and sold it to my brother. I purchased the car back from him last month.
