78 911sc Ignition switch issues
Hello all
My original key will no longer start my car. The key does not turn. The wheel is locked as well. I am searching topics and reading everything I find but nothing explains what the little white 2 pin plug is for that connects down on the steering lock housing beside the ignition switch Looks like I will be removing the switch to either replace it or try to get a key made. Any input is appreciated |

I finally found the answer it activates the buzzer that tells you the key is in the switch when you open the door

If the wheel is locked under any tension, relieving the tension will often allow the key to turn.

Spray some tri flow in lock then move wheel back and forth while turning key.
