Another AC Question
Besides Griffins...who else has the same service? I have been in favor of shopping and comparing.

Scott's Independent, aka Performance Aire.
Their website looks like it's right in the middle of a lot of changes right now, and most of it isn't working. I'd give them a call, though. Griffith's is good, too.

I do not know if you have an "Auto Cool" franchise near you, but these folks were great! They made new AC lines with fittings for me, did a complete leak test, charged me up with R34 (works fine) and the bill was much lower then anything I could have paid at a dealer or P-shop. I would check out someone local who specializes in AC work before doing the out of town shopping.

Bob, when I went through my ac last year I ordered everything from AC Source in Phoenix. Got the hose, ends, and a crimping tool from them.
Good luck,
