Was not happy with the look or fitment of the intercooler I had so was able to source a factory unit from buddy in Australia. Gave it a acid bath at friends shop for few hours, and repainted.

Ahhhh so much better!

Well I had to throw the towel in and call I professional in, thank god I have some awesome friends in the business. Kevin from Dawes was eager to come to my house on a Sunday nonetheless and fire this beast up.

He had it up and running in about 15 minutes, something with motec, firing order, and coil wiring was a bit off, but he nailed it in minutes!

Modern white bird in your garage, what a beast! I'm amazed by the built...

Once it's running properly could you post a vidéo for my eyes and ears?

Thank.

Having just driven behind this beast this weekend, I can say it's what I would imagine following a 935 sounds like

This is the best build thread on this forum in a long while – refreshing change from all the backdate madness, thanks for sharing it!

Are the quarters getting the NACA ducts like the CTR?

Would love to do a Ruf themed build, why oh why do Ruf parts have to be so rare and expensive…

Sweet build. When doing the rain gutters, will you be flaring the rear end in Ruf size IIRC ~10"

I’m not sure on the flares. I actually passed on the opportunity to buy a set last year, that may be the one mod I leave untouched.
