CIS part numbers / availability / rebuild?
I think these parts are NLA. I couldn't find their part numbers in the parts diagram. There are a couple of small plastic bits that I would really like to replace. That yellow piece circled on my car has completely fallen apart. And most of my hoses are pretty hard. I could try to re-plasticize them but would rather have new ones.
   I know Joe Engineer had these lines rebuilt. Does anyone know who does this type of work? I have a hose crimper but there is one hose close to the pipe and I don't think there is enough room for my crimper to get that one.  image from: Joe-engineer's blog Porsche 911 cis reassembly

A standard vacuum joint for a car should fit to replace the plastic piece. I was able to use a hose clamp and new rubber line to replace some of my cracked rubber hoses.
That part is available used. Whaletail in Canada had about 80 of them when I was there last.. |

The power brake hose nipple connector (the yellowish one) part # is 930 110 267 00 AFAIK is NLA. What I use is the later connector that has the cruise control vacuum nipple part # 321 611 813 and just cap the vacuum nipple off. One benefit to using this style is you can easily hook up a smoke machine to the vacuum port for intake leak testing. Hope this helps , Richard

I didn't even think about cruise control. I'm removing it so I wonder what I can delete here on the hoses.

A couple of other notes. The plastic y adapter is a Venturi Tube. It has a VW logo on it part number 035133753A which through my research seems to be correct. While that part number is NLA, the 035133753b is used on the 928, 924, 944 and are. Does anyone know if these parts function in the same way. My understanding about Venturi tubes is they just change operating pressure or in this case vacuum. I guess I could buy a used one and cut them open to verify if no one knows.
