If you have a good battery voltage, then it should start IF the issue is limited to starter or connection at the starter. That said a connection issue can, depending on wiring paths, effect other components.

Usually fuel pumps make a little noise so when in "Ignition" setting on the key, the pump should be working.

Garage
We'll pushing her out of the garage backwards didn't work. Not enough distance and the gearing is to short. Just came to a complete stop.

So I ended up doing what I expected. I have a big winch I used to use on my car trailer, now sold. Bolted it onto the 4 post lift. Then I hooked up my AC/DC converter, recently purchase just for this, and pulled the car into the garage onto the lift. Got the starter out, put it in my vice and sure enough, solenoid ok but the starter has a issue.

Waiting for the new starter to arrive on Monday.
