Aircraft Spruce will have the paper hose of about every possible size.

As I remember it is about the same size as some rubber hose used for Koi ponds and available at most big box stores.

Measure the inside diameter. Then, go to Aircraft Spruce and search for scat tubing in the correct diameter. The will sell it to you by the foot.
