So, will it be the Guards Red Fire-Spewing Turbo or the *built* Ford 302 equipped bad-a$$ 914?

I've seen the Turbo Pat...hint, hint...

Glad you've seen it clear to join us once again. The fish will still be there when you arrive.

Guys, I'm seriously bummed out. I can't concievably make it to the round-up. I was supposed to have left Thursday evening, but circumstances led to me having to be at work today, and that makes it nearly impossible to get to Seattle by tomorrow. (Well, I could do it, but I'd be no fun to be around once I arrived there anyway.)

Dave, my boss, was gracious enough to give me the time off, but I can't in good conscience leave work with this amount of back-log. We're swamped, and it wouldn't be responsible for me to leave. Dave was willing to deal with it so I could have some fun, but I can't do that to him. It sucks, but I'm an adult, and have to be responsible. :(

I'd love to come up there and see everyone this summer. Maybe we can schedule some sort of mini-roundup later this summer?

Have fun guys, and drink a round or two for me!

Be careful out there.

Tyson,

Being an adult sometimes has it's downside...but, not letting your employer down and keeping your job are important...I work in aerospace, in Seattle, where there are only a handful of companies that aren't laying off everyone in sight...so I completely understand.

Sorry you couldn't make it, and yes, later this summer sounds like a great idea to me...maybe a little day trip over the North Cascade Hwy. before it closes for winter...

I'll pass along that you won't be able to attend. :(

Is there really a SCWDP club ? I am not finding a whole lot of information on it. I live between San Francisco and Sacramento and just bought my first Porsche, a 78 911SC Targa. I love it.
Thanks

This one was last year's trip. This year's is listed at the PNW section of the web site. You should join in the fun!

You should get involved in some of the drives in our area. This recent one started in Livermore:
