Question on engine seal installation

I recently got a #8 seal and a flywheel seal from our host and the instructions on the box, which are not very helpful, have a picture of a clock, four hours and an engine with the word START. I can’t tell if it means WAIT 4 hours or start the engine WITHIN 4 hours. There is no way this will be started within 4 hours. Does anyone know what the image is trying to say?

Might be the amount of time the job should take. But maybe others who know for sure will chime in.

I might be wrong, never got any instructions with a seal ever but it might be referring to the oil hole at 4:00 on the case.

I'm thinking it means the engine needs to be started within 4 hours so it gets seated. Of course it won't be started in 4 hours...maybe I can rotate the crank a view times until I get it back in the car. I'll be checking the valves so will be rotating the engine then.
