Anyone know where to source some 46ida phenolic spacers?

You're talking about the head to manifold insulators? You can get the factory size ones (32mm I think) from our host. For other sizes I drew up a DXF for them and had them custom made by Sendcutsend. I think I currently have 36mm and 34mm DXFs but I can make whatever port size you want very easily and you can have them made.

Send cut send has phenolic as a material- all you need is a vector diagram and you can have them cut as many as your heart desires.
