Missing components in relay

My safety belt warnig light stays ON all the time. My car is an 1985 european version without buzzer and wiring to the seat belt contact. It is a timing relay that is supposed to turn OFF the warning light after 2 or 3 minutes.

I opened the control relay and found out that some components might be missing. Or may be not. Not really sure.

Can you please help me?

Thanks

Is it supposed to have a coil or not? It is just a timer relay.

another test is to check continuity at the seat belt wiring under the seat (check both seats)... I think the limit switch is closed when there is no buckle in place. It could be that instead of the relay.

No missing components inside de relay, at least for your car. The PCB was probably designed for different car makes or models that needed additional components or features.
