Yup. He captures why we love these cars. Lightweight, free revving motor, the throttle response and sound only MFI can provide. All of it. Not the fastest cars on the road anymore by a long shot. I would defy anyone to show me one that is more fun to drive, though.

It's a great ride, a bit low for my local streets though, with the drop down links of the rear sway bar whatever it is.

Yes, we built the engine but I have no precise idea when or for whom this particular engine was built. Judging by some of the unique ancillaries, I would guess the engine was build 18-20 years ago
We build engines and quite often (more often than not) never see the car. Many of our engines are built for other shops that, at times never credit Supertec for the build. This obviously was not one of those times.

Imagine having built so many pieces of motorsports perfection that you can't even remember them all...

This car was on BAT a few years ago for those who may want to check out a few details!

have you tried a 914/6?

I'm lucky enough to have both and my 914 gets much more seat time

Yes, I have driven several that are owned by friends. 2.2 "S", 3.0 with carbs, 3.2, and 3.6 powered. I very much prefer the quirky handling of the 911. Makes them much more "exciting" to drive.

This particular car made me chop up a perfectly good E and make my own version.. 3.6/915/plus tons of goodies.

Yup, beautiful car. The Pegasus, however, looks like it's trying to climb the wheel arch. Here are the instructions that Mobil themselves used to supply with each set:
