Good place in Denver for Windshield (statement not question)

All,
I just had my windshield replaced today at a small shop in Aurora CO called J&M Glass. It's a father & son business with additional guys to help. Matt (aka UTKarman_Ghia) had his targa done there a few weeks ago and recommend them so I went today.

Here is what they did:
Removed old windshield and trim.
Used a new seal I provided,
Scraped and treated the metal lip,
-Removed all surface rust, cleaned off all loose paint and smoothed out the edge. Then used a rust prohibiter of some sort and painted the entire lip area to protect it from future rust.
Installed the new windshield with extreme care to the car and headliner.

I couldn't be happier. These guys knew the application and did a very good job. They explained everything they were doing and talked me through the whole thing letting me watch and ask questions. It took about 1.5 hours.

Best part was the bill! Now I provided my own seal but my total for new glass and labor w/ tax was just over $200. Granted I get to use the cheap glass with no antenna and no tint band at the top. But still, for glass and install you can't beat that. They will even repair your first three chips for the first 6 months free.

I'm not sure what glass they used but if fit much better than the Sigla piece they removed. The corners are tight and the seal makes good contact the whole way around. They reused my trim and even smoothed it out making it fit much better than before.

I'll let Matt post his comments on his install if he reads this, but my $.02 is that if your windshield is pitted or cracked, these guys can fix you up real good for a very good price. And they even let you support Pelican by bringing your own seal. (I'm sure they can provide it too if you want)

Here is the shop info
J&M Glass Co
303-341-5157
323 Airport Blvd, Suite 100
Aurora CO 80011

They are just south of 6th Ave near Buckley AFB.

I'm so glad you also had such a good experience with them. Did you tell them I recommended them? These guys installed my windshield for $25 and I dont believe they could have done a better job. If you're a local, this is the place you wanna go for a windshield install. They fit my windshield perfectly around the corners and put an extra bead of sealent on the seal to help keep water out.

Here's to you J&M!
