It's 8:00 on the east coast. Everytime I dial your 800 number I get dead air - no ring - no nothing! Yes my phone works and I'm fairly certain my wife has not figured out how to block your number>

I had this problem last week, I discovered it wasn't working from 856 and 609 area codes, buy ok north of PrincetonI reported it.
I e-mailed PP, they called me for my order. Jeff

I just sent an email to my phone provider (XO) rep, I'll have to check into this. Anyone else have this problem?
We did have a problem last week where XO dropped several of our lines out of the system for no apparent reason, I hope that this is not related to that messup... -Wayne
