the torsion bar hole needs to line up with the torsion bar, so it can be removed if needed. eyeball center of the bar to center of the hole.

The hole is allright, but the fiberglass part, that I was pointing to...which one of the fiberglass parts is correctly positioned. On the lower image the torsion bar hole is right under the FG part.
You faintly can see the torsion bar hole in the picture, i tried uploading some images where I highlighted the hole, but I seem to be getting "page cannot be found"...

I would find a stock SC and measure from the bottom of the window to the lip of the flare. Maybe a piece of string, so I can run along the shape of the flare.
But, I think the bottom one looks more correct, unless you have the car on jack stands. The top looks like it's too high. 4X4! ![]()

I believe you have things correct in the second pic. In the first pic I see what looks like a part of a circle that should line up with the top edge of the torsion bar hole, but in the top pic it is no where near the hole, but in the bottom pic it looks lined up

The bottom picture looks closer to being correct. First you should remove your torsion bar hole cover. The part you are putting on shows a section of the holes edge that needs to line up with the original. The hole cover should go on after the flare is attached. If you are fiberglassing it on then you will probably have a lot of build up in that area so the cover may not fit so well. You might need to trim the flare back a bit around the hole.
