Wheel polishing question (not fuchs)
I've been polishing my Kinesis wheels and the aluminum is showing small scratches between the bolts. I've been using the Wenol red then following up with blue. Any recommnedations on what polishing tools to use to get these small areas? I check for some small polishing tools for my Dremel (Dremel to the rescue again). Eastwood.com looks like they've got some interesting products for polishing but I've never used them. Thanks

I am polishing my Fuchs right now. I tried the Dremel mounted felt bobs for tight detail areas. No good. The felt bobs, when used at high speed on something like a Dremel, seem to remove material faster and leave an uneven surface. I don't like them. I prefer a cloth buffing wheel on an electric drill. I am using 4" wheels with various buffing compounds and I'm getting great results.

I'd suggest either a small multi-layer cotton wheel or cotton cone tip.
