Yes, there is a full 11-digit Porsche part number ... very tiny ... up at the top under the 'shadow' of the bezel, at the edge of the gauge face plate.

Another hint is If you look at the first three digits of that #
it will start with a 914= from a 914 901= early 911, 911=later 911'71 ish on up. there is usually a date code on the back as well 9/69 for example. But I have seen some without this date code, could be a replacement?
