Find a friend who has one and borrow it...............
 Just messing with you. But I can say that the SmartCamber rig is pretty sweet. I borrowed it from my buddy Pete (CRNT918) and it's pretty cool. If I couldn't borrow one, Joe's 24" level and other home tools can do the job for you. Check out this topic: Toe Adjust Techniquest
