how does this engine spec sound?

just spoke to a guy who can build me a 3.3 turbo engine with the following spec,

K27 turbo
c2 cams
powerhaus manifolds
1bar boost

he rekons 400hp reliably,

whats peoples views?

I would run a bigger than stock intercooler if you are running with 1 bar of boost.

Maybe a K27 several years ago - but today I'd get a GT37 if I was building from scratch again.
