Thumbs up My First Time!

So I now have my first real 'project' on the 911 that I can say is a performance modification and not repair!

After many months of searching have finally located a second hand 28-bar brass oil cooler and fittings (mounts and 2 new oil return lines) out of a 930 Turbo. Can't afford new 3.2 Carrrera cooler as I have some serious oil leaks that may mean big $'s in the near future, but needed to do something to combat the high temps we get here in Brisbane.

Ok, now for the questions. Has anyone retro fitted one of these coolers in place of one of the old trombone coolers? Is there much drilling/body work changes necessary? What do I need to be wary of?

Will obviously have to drop the oil, but is there anything else I should be doing at the same time (i.e. WYIT)?

I'm expecting that this should give me a 10-15c degree (15-25f) temp drop - is this reasonable?

Thanks in advance...
