Question Injection and Intake Questions??

Engine is out of the car and I have the intake and fuel injection removed as one unit. I want to disassemble the fuel and intake to clean, replate, paint and replace any needed seals etc.

Is there some things to look for? Things to NOT do? Dissasters to avoid.

What things are commonly replaced or should replace while apart?

Is it ok to powder coat the fuel rails? Or replate them?

Advice and guidance most definitely needed, please!

Car is 84 Carrera 3.2 pretty much all stock

When you reinstall your manifolds, I would smear some GMS sealant on all the manifold gaskets to prevent any manifold leaks.
