Wow, now that's a capital idea!! With as much as many of you guys all seem to love playing with video there should be someone over in Cali that would help make a video!!

Congrats! Sorry I had to miss you guys at T-Hill again this year. Hopefully next year I'll be able to catch a glimpse of the action in person.

Yep, I've seen Jack's old videos, and I know that he has some new video from the event, but I'm talking about a documentary of an hour or so that covers preparations, behind the scenes, racing action, etc... So we can experience the whole event.
How cool would it have been to have video of Jack driving BBI with no windshield? Too bad I don't think we could sell Speed TV on the idea, no that would be cool.

Great read. Kinda of like a modern day "Two Lane Black Top". Loved the photo of all the gear placed in front of the car. Thanks Jack and Tyson and TRE. Great driving & great writing.

AWesome, write-up, Jack. On a number of levels. Many lives are enhanced by your writing, and I'm only thinking about your stories here on this BBS. And it's not just the writing we like. We admire your great attitude as well.
Tyson is amazing, again for multiple reasons. We've decided not to extend his lease. He is to return to the Seattle area ASAP. Someone crate him up and get him on a truck.

Thanks for the write up. It rain here all day and I was able to transport myself through your narrative to sunny CA. I felt like I was at the tracks with you.
I agree, it would make a great movie documentary.

Wow - great story! Congrats. That's an amazing achievement and says a lot about your driving, car prep and the Porsche's strengths.

Jack and Tyson are just making the reason I own, drive, work on, and enjoy a 911 better and better! I must say that I have spent the better part of two hours on this thread, that's double the time it takes me to read any of the car magazines I have (Thanks to you Pelicans) and this was much better! AWESOME...I am a proud 911 guy who is going to talk major **** to all the sports car fans in Iraq.
911's rock....even better with a 3.6 and Tyson on the wrench/wheel. Make a DVD...it would top of my must have list.

I'm curious about the computer simulator that Tyson has been using to propare for tracks he has never driven. Any details as to which software you are running?
