What's That Sealing Stuff Called?????

I removed the fenders from my SC....there was some kind of gummy "stuff" between the fenders and the body structure, along the seam. It was like a gummy tape substance that sealed the edge between the fenders and the structure....I cannot find it listed in the Pelican parts lists....

Anyone know what this tape or stuff is called? Is there any suitable substitute for it, if it's not available now?

Thanks

If you want the OEM material:

The fender packing is also know as Terostat ribbon 2mm thick x 25mm wide, sold by the meter; the Porsche part number is 00004312900 or Pelican U-043-129-00. Pelican lists it for $27.75. When I ordered it from the Porsche parts system I recieved a roll which was significantly more than a meter in length; plenty to do a car maybe enough for two cars. Jim
