Turn Signal Indicator: Flash flash but no beep beep
The turn signal indicators work fine on my '76 Carrera 3, but I don't have the beep, beep, beep that should accompany the flashing arrows on the tacho.
Please can someone explain how the 'beep' works and recommend how to go about finding the problem. Many thanks Al G |

When mine are on, they don't beep, or make any clicking sound either. I have a silent flasher. Some flashers make a clicking or chink-ka-chink sound, it is the contactor pulling away from the contact inside the flasher making the noise. Yours might be the same way.
