pics;custom rear deck speaker enclosure
well l spent a bundle on the sound system on my car(nothing crazy with neon or monster bass).l bought custom door enclosures from a now defunct company and had a very trick speaker encosure made that sits above the rear seats on the deck, replacing the factory panel with the slimline squakers.Problem?l just installed a mint CanCan red leather interior with a mint stock rear deck, and l hate to bastardize it now.Does anyone have experience with the rear footwell enclosures?l spent almost $500.00 on the rear enclosure and with the Porsche crest sewn in the center the thing looks show quality, sounds fantastic too...but l keep thinking about those footwell boxes. l tried to insert pics after l posted but couldn`t add on...check classifieds,l`ve got the enclosure listed

There is a single big enclosure down there that is good for bass, not good for "fill". Is that what you mean? It's heavy BTW.
You could experiment with fill speakers mounted in the rear passenger shoulder area. Take a look and think about it. |
