Not from my parking job! But I'm sure that's how it got bent!

Park your bike or car long enough in NYC and it's guaranteed to get stolen, parts ripped off or dented and scratched.

Not a collector car friendly city, but lot's of car enthusiasts live here despite the environment.

The Porsche spends most of it's time in a garage and only gets parked on the street for brief periods of time.

Does anyone know of any other reasonable places that will recover targa tops and ensure they are correct and straight. So far I have heard dave brown and don patchel do good work but I am located in florida.

My baby!

Here is a picture of my Targa cooling off after a track session.

I love her!

I'm in!

...and the interior, circa 1978....

I never wanted a Targa, I think the coupes have better lines.

As you can see, I'm a convert!

(literally... convert, top comes off.... convert-able...small joke... play on words... I'm pathetic...)

I absolutely love that red interior. It really makes your Targa look exotic! I think the brushed aluminum roll over hoop and chrome trim add a lot too. Very cool 911!

I thought the same... bought my coupe... then a couple local enthusiasts found Stinky, and I decided a nice top-off car would be great for what I wanted a Porsche for. I'm a convert!

A little action shot of me and Stinky chasing (and soon after, passing) a 996.

Just ship it to Don at CarsInc. He does great work - he did mine, and mine was in really bad shape, came back beautiful. I live in Detroit and shipping wasn't too bad to where he is in NJ, can't be that much worse from Fl.
