Thanks for the complement.

According to my mechanic, although 2.2 S pistons were used to increase compression. It still is a 2.4 motor.

The link is the dyno day we had..217 h.p. stock muffler, stock aircleaner.

Finally got around to posting one. Cambria, CA this morning. The wife and I went there for the weekend, and visited Hearst Castle. Car ran flawlessly, 486 miles yesterday and today.

When you drive that thing, I bet you yell "Jahoo!"
You did what I was going to do with my original 3.2 engine but couldn't because of the smog laws here in California.
I'll bet that thing gets up and does it!

Man, there are some mean ass Targas posted over the last 3 or so pages. There is no shame at all in them. And, the bliss of driving in an open top Porsche is...ahhhhh.

Putting it together

Lets go to the beach;

I still have to fix a couple of runs in the clear coat and line up the gaps a little better.

I love the chrome headlight rings.

More pics later, im headed to the beach!

Helga in the driveway

Here's Helga in the driveway today after I claybarred the paint and waxed with P21S. It was a glorious day to drive and my wife and I went for an enjoyable afternoon run...

My "hey , what the heck's going on" pose...

snbush67,
Your car looks great! I think our cars sit at about the same height. If I lower mine, I'll bottom-out and get tire rub on the wonderful MI roads, so I'm leaving mine where it is.
