Jamie, I could be moving there. My company's Dallas guy quit unexpectedly a few weeks ago. I WANT a garage!!! No chance of ever affording one in this area.

Sheman, thanks for the offer but mine are freshly rebuilt too!

Richard, I understand what you are saying about real estate prices. We were surprised how expensive Austin is. Hopefully Dallas will be much better.

There are two tracks in really close proximity to Dallas. And if its like Austin, no waitlist for DEs! Imagine that after coming from Potomac.
