You have to machine the head and lower valve cover so that you can install the second spark plug. You need a twin plug distributor with twin plug cap and rotor (expensive) or an individual coil set up with crank fire device to fire them (still expensive but I believe slightly less than distributor) and of course an extra set of plug wires.
