I second that emotion.

Even if you just made the raw castings (could even be plastic), it wouldn't be that hard to get the finishing work done. TWM doesn't really have any competition that I see for <89 911s, which I'm sure influences their pricing. In other words, their stuff is pretty expensive.

Yes yes yes, we need manifolds and stacks.

What kind of "epoxy" are you using for the prototypes shown in the pictures?

Andy, While I was at the molder I brought up rsr velocity stacks. My old man has one for reference. A stack and throttle bodies sound like a fun project. I am giving it serious thought.

The protos are an epoxy used for laminated tools that has excellent chemical and temp resistance. The production will be glass reinforced nylon or similar material. We will test and select the best of what can be shot easily without excessive wear on the mold.

Early on I did have a small(cosmetic) surface porosity issue in one spot . It has been solved through a mold revision. I have no issues right now. But vac may solve a borderline shot and reduce scrappage. Thanks for the input Don.

Got ya. I will look for that condition. Where you casting or injecting the probes with epoxy? Placing the mold in a vac for an 30 min until it sets up sound like a prudent plan.

Don I had caps on when I first joined. I didn't get it until someone told me. You are virtually yelling at the top of your lungs. Welcome aboard if no one has done so already.

By yelling he means that you are using all caps. I'm sure everyone appreciates your help in making this a viable product that some can sell and others buy.
