Adding a GHL header system, SW chip . . . what other mods would you suggest?
When I first bought the car, my intention was to keep it stock. Well, it doesn't look like that's happening as the headers and chip are currently being installed. Naturally, I had to boost the sounds right away, so I'm running MB Quart speakers all around, amp, and deck. What other relatively simple mods would you guys suggest? Front strut brace?

If your suspension is still original (i.e. "tired"), then imo that'd be the place to start. Shocks, bushings, ball joints, turbo tie rods, etc. You'd be amazed what a 'refresh' will do to your 15 yr. old suspension.
ps: I'm an 'audio nut', but haven't played the stereo in my 911 since I installed the sport muffler & premuffler ![]() |

Thanks for the thoughts. Time to do some research on the subject.
I appreciate your feedback!

You're quite welcome, but be aware that you've now embarked upon a "$lippery $lope"
![]() ps: I'd also stiffen the suspension (like with 22/29 torsion bars), before the strut brace. Oh...the list goes on forever...lower it to 'euro height', lighten her up, corner balance, etc. |
