My first month of ownership-newbie perspective
I think this sums it up-Now that I have one, I can't imagine ever NOT having one again. It is simply the finest car I have ever owned. This is saying a lot considering I have owned nearly 300 cars in my foolish lifetime thus far. Everything is right where it should be. I feel like it was custom tailored to me. The smells. The sounds. The look. The speed. It all impresses me every damn time I look at it or drive it. I wish I lived in a climate where I could drive the car year round. It has inspired me to plan an early retirement to a warmer state-at least for winter. Aha! Two Porsches! Yes!!

I too have owned quite a few cars before I bought my 911. The last being a Infiniti G35 w/ Nav. I love my 911 so much better (I do miss the Navigation though). Of course, the SC is the car I've wanted since a child. I finally caught on and bought a used Volvo to rag out during the day and bought my girl for pleasure.
I'm not going to pack my baby up all winter. I plan on taking her out on those nice (sunny) crisp cold winter days. It's been so rainy this summer, I kinda feel cheated!! I try and take her for a quick spin to the store in between those showers. Kinda becoming a game to see if I can get back before it starts sprinkling.  Enjoy! Don
