...some heli shots show the driver wearing a white helmet, and no helmet in some of the in car shots, nevertheless some inspiring driving !
Derek Bell did the old ring "In car 956" and narrates while doing it-- breath taking...and a good video for your library.

I'm in no position to criticize but if my instructor were to see me jerking the steering wheel and constantly correcting my line, he would smack me across the helmet.

Your instructor would've heaved in his helmet by the first few flat out kinks!! With all due respect, I doubt few on this board approach this level of car control on a course like this.

I always felt they sped up the video, but no, that's really the pace that monster is lapping the Ring. Simply amazing!

I am sure he is ONE HELL of a smooth fast driver.. I remember reading he was showing the controlability of the RUF CTR....
I agree non of us can control a High HP monster like that as he does...
Great stuff!

I've had this video since the early 90's and watched it many many times. But just remember this guy's job is to test drive every car that comes out of the shop on the track..he knows the Ring like the back of his hand and can drive it in the day or night blind-folded. I think Stefan is and amazing driver with HUGE b*lls!!
