3.0 Engine rebuild

I am planning a rebuild of a 1978 3.0 SC Motor for my RSR Clone.

I have a couple of questions:

1. If I twin plug the heads, can I run 10.5:1 compression pistons on high octane pump gas?

2. What cams and size PMO's should I use?

3. How much power should I expect to achieve?
