HELP! Can't remove vent window frame from door

So I'm working on trying to remove the vent window frame in order to replace my vent window corner seal and adjust my vent windowsee this thread

I stripped the last hex head bolt (to left of door speaker enclosure) - and can't loosen it.
bolt is left of speaker hole:



Suggestions on how to get that bugger loosened and removed? I sprayed it with WD-40. Cut a notch with a dremel?

Secondly, I also dropped one of the other bolts into the door - but can't find it. Any idea where that sucker is hiding?
