I need "the" connector that attaches to the air flow meter on a 3.2 Carrera. It uses 4 postions for female connectors as the air box holds the flat male connections.
Some twit cut the original one off of a car I am fixing and discarded it. The rest is really ugly as the wiring guru who installed the Autothority Air Flow Meter used a trailer wiring harness (4 pin) with a tap into another part of the original harness for power and another CS (chicken s**t) lead for ground. On top of that a potentiometer was wired in to control the whole thing. It's a mess. The computer fried (with it's woefully installed Autothority chip) and the last dung beetle tore the distributor to pieces attempting to fix it that way (duh!) and now I'm left to clean up the mess. I know an ugly wiring job when I see it since I've restored a few Eyetalian motorcyles in my day. Any pointing in the right direction is appreciated. I really want a plug that I can make up new contacts for the existing wires and insert them into it like it should be done. It's a weather tight connection with rubber over it and it uses a wire clip to hold it fast to the meter. Tom

I noticed that a lot of Mercedes, BMW and VW use the same bosch style connectors. Look to the junk yards. I've found some two and three wires there. maybe theirs a four.
