Some well deserved RSR - B4 and After project pics!
I've been tossing around ideas for future projects. One of which is to take a roller and build an RSR replica/clone. I know we've got some similar projects underway by members, and it's great to see.
What I'd like to see though, are before and after pics of RSR projects. Post away Pelicanheads!! Jim

That would be nice. I want to backdate a C2 and do an RSR replica. I'm almost finished with the RS and will get very bored when its done.

Nice work Jack.
Did you put the 11" RSR flares on or 9"? Jim

Thanks. There are a lot of other RSR clones on the board, though -- both finished and in-progress. Let's see some pictures, guys.

Here is a TRE Motorsport RSR built by Tyson Schmidt. Same guy that built Jacks RSR. They do great work!

Call me picky, and to each his own, but I just can't get into the slant nose mods...
Was that ever a factory production or is it something that came purely aftermarket? Jim

Sorry to hijack the post... Jack I've been looking at 315 17's which I'd prefer or 295 18's, but it looks like there are few choices for 315 17's.

I get BFGoodrich G-Force T/A KD's in 315, as well as Hoosiers. That's the best dry road tire and the best track tire. The only thing harder to get in 17-inch sizes are slicks, although they're available, too.

Jack, with tires that big on a car as light as yours I'm guessing that it's nigh impossible to get that car to break loose? Is your cornering speed pretty much a function of your bravery, then?

They squeal in the corners. And even in a straight line, break loose.
