Try the elephant racing bars, they are great.

Probably want to go with 22mm, either an underbody from an 86 Carrera, or a thru-body model from Elephant racing, The Racers Group, etc.... What are you doing wiith the rear???

If I read his question correctly: he isn't asking who to go with but what size in the rear to most balance his package. He is upgrading the frt from a 19 to a 22. He wants to upgrade the 13 to XX.
My questions would be: street/track, tire sizes, weight bias, flavor/preference in driving style...loose or understeer, adjustable or OEM style and shocks.

Yeah, we need a lot more information! All the stuff Luke listed, along with what suspension you have now and what you're trying to achieve.
My guess is front torsion bars are being upgraded from 19mm to 22mm, and current front sway is a 13?

Here is what I have on my 80SC;
22 Front, 30mm rear t-bars 22mm Carrera frons sway, 21mm rear Carrera sway Bilstein Sports all around. Let us know how you want the car setup, there are just too many variables. -B

For race setups I think Bruce Anderson says that adjustable 22s front and rear are commonly used.

If you upgrade front torsion bars then you should upgrade rear torsion bars to match. With 22mm front torsion bars people usually go with 28 or 30mm in the rear. The sway bars are a separate issue. |

The stiffer front torsion bars will reduce roll and increase understeer. As someone suggested earlier, you probably want to balance the front to rear spring rates first, by upgrading the rear tosion bars. Then set the ride height, corner balance and align the car.
Afterward, if you are unhappy with the cornering balance, then come back and consider different anti-roll bars. Regards, Jerry Kroeger
