Unhappy i need help!!!

i have a 95 nissan maxima. i replaced the waterpump but in doing so i took the #1 piston out of place by turning the crankshaft too much, i came to this site read some forums and found out that i could put the piston back into place by putting a screwdriver in the #1 piston hole turn the crankshaft until i feel the top of the piston plus the crankshaft has a mark that im suppost to lineup with an arrow above it. so i did that. i go to turn the car on and i hear the piston hittin something or it sounds like if it doesnt have enough oil it was a pretty loud sound and i know it has enough oil//its on the full mark//all the fluids are on the full mark. i hope someone can help me out// im a new user to this site.

DrunkHorse,

First, you are on the wrong forum – try Bluebirds 510, they are very active.

Secondly, step back and quit drinking. Things will become much more clear.

Best,
Grady

Sounds like valves hitting the pistons... bad news.

LOL: WATERPUMP!

Screwdrivers in the spark plug hole are an EXCELLENT way to mess up any engine.
