Engine serial number question
Can someone tell me what my serial # on my 911 engine means 903738? I found it the right and alittle below of my alternator fan motor, is this where the engine SN# located

Even the earliest 911s had 7-digit engine numbers. Go back and clean with a toothbrush and carefully inspect the number. Also on the crankcase there is a Type number as 901/01
What is the year, model, body type, and VIN? What is the transmission S/N and Type number? Is there any sign of tampering? Best, Grady
