Damned PET / Techinfo website

Can anyone tell me what the @&*%*^&(& .... is wrong with the porsche techical website that is SUPPOSED to allow access to the various PET parts catalogs ???

I've had trouble for the last 2 years every time I realise I forgot a model , that I should keep the catalog file saved for.

2.5 years ago it was this address (hasn't worked in about 2 years / to even connect) :

https://techinfo.porsche.com/techinfo/VFModuleManager?Type=MainFrameSet

Now it's this :

techinfo2.porsche.com/techinfo/VFModuleManager?Type=DiagLaw

But when you get there , (and you have to allow cookies to even get past the "pick a country" page). But even after you do. It still will not work when you try to click a certain catalog to open.

I have screwed with this damned website EVERYtime , I want to access it for the last 2 years !!!!!!

Usually after 20 - 40 mins. of searching around . I find some kind of link that gives it up.

BUT I DON"T HAVE THE PATIENCE ANYMORE.

What the F#@&^%# gives with this website ?

It does not seem to be an old website as all the functions still work except the last (the one that gives up the catalog file) .

And it obviously is there for a reason or they would remove it completely !!!!

I cheat and use the Pelican link on the home page to what was Wayne's illustrated parts diagram system. Since he took it down his link now goes to the Porsche website.

Go to pelican's home page and click the parts diagram, select the correct model/year car. this will pen a new web site and select the correct model/year and there you go. in PFD format.
