Found some info at Fabspeed. They make a muffler for B&B Headers.

The Fabspeed muffler for B&B, unless they have changed, is a kit that come like this
  and gets welded up to look like this

How do you like it? Did you need a crow bar to install them, or was the fit correct? Thanks for the photos.
