O2 sensor, what wire goes to what wire

Im changing out my old 02 sensor. My old one has two white wires and a black wire. My new Walker has 2 black wires and a blue wire. The instructions dont show a porsche set-up. Does anyone know how I should hook the new one up. Thanks

Generally, these sensors have a heater circuit and a single sensor wire. So, if two of three wires are the same color, they form the heater circuit while the single wire with the different color will be the sensor.

This translates to old white = new black and old black = new blue.

Thanks. Ill try it tonight. I would seem to think that with the 2 old white, and 2 new black, they would or should go together. The blue is probably to the 1 old black.

Well, you are taking this advice from a person with a one wire O2 sensor, but yes, that's the only possible way, IMHO.

I got it on, started up, and it does seem to idle and drive better, more so around town. I still got some smoke and odor like a rich running engine upon start up, but that might be because I havent driven it for a week. Hey, Ill see if it works, because I like it so far. Thanks for the help.
